Fraya Ofoeme is an 18 year old upcoming singer/ songwriter from Liverpool, driven by her
soulful voice and emotive performances. She recently gained attention as an emerging artist for
her performance at Africa Oye, one of the UK’s largest celebration of African music and culture

where she embraced her Nigerian and Senegalese heritage. She loves the way this platform
encourages people to be themselves through their creativity and creates more opportunities for
young black artists.
Influenced by her family, she grew up immersed in the rich musical culture which fostered her
passion for music from an early age. Drawing inspiration from a mix of genres, including R&B,
soul, Afro soul and pop.
